Jason has over 30 years of experience in roles within global investment banking, COO, Change Management and then leading trading and sales teams in global Equity Markets. He is a qualified Accountant. Using his unique skill set and experience he is recognised as being results, people and process focused. Jason focuses on creating world class teams or personal performance by developing key pillars of success (Self development, purpose, client strategy, data focus, integrity and professionalism). He is recognised as a differentiated leader and capable of delivering market leading performance.
Jason has held various senior leadership positions, including Managing Director and board roles serving on numerous exec committees. Jason has an extensive experience of delivering service to a demanding global client base. Using process change, technology initiatives, team focused empowerment to unlock results delivery in the most challenging corporate environments.
