An International Coaching Federation Coach, credentialled as a Professionally Certified Coach. I have been providing organisational, team and individual coaching for 20 years. I work with individuals and teams to explore perceptions, behaviours and support them exploring how to create incredibly powerful relationships with themselves and their teams.
Committed to lifetime learning, I bring a variety of tools and techniques to my coaching including from NLP, emotional coaching techniques to change management and mindfulness. Often described by my clients as calm, intuitive, motivated and enthusiastic. I facilitate and coach with honesty and flexibility, enabling me to adapt to the individuals, themes and challenges that appear in any coaching session.
Values as a Coach
As a Coach my core values are focused on creating an emergent environment for growth. Respect, empathy and integrity are key to successfully creating this environment. I approach coaching with openness, positivity and with a growth mindset. What motivates me is helping individuals and teams grow and seeing them achieve their full potential. The seeds of this focus we sown in my time in the Royal Navy.

Choosing the right coach matters
