Iain Johnston
Associate Certified Coach with 15 years' experience coaching senior leaders in the community, voluntary and faith sectors.
I have coached senior leaders in the community, voluntary and faith sectors for over 15 years, and am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. I also provide spiritual accompaniment and am a trained facilitator in conflict mediation.
My approach to coaching is based on the principle that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole and have the ability to identify the goals and actions which will help them grow and flourish as they deepen their sense of purpose and commitment in life and work.
For the past 14 years, I have worked with Faith in Community Scotland, a charity harnessing the potential of local people as they develop their ideas through the provision of facilitation, coaching, funding, training and development. I am currently Director of the organization, supporting staff, volunteers and others with the overall work of the charity.
I am a husband and dad and in my free time I enjoy running, cycling, leading a community choir, playing the piano and learning the saxophone.
