With over 25 years of experience working as an HR professional in the corporate world in the UK and France – I understand the pressures and strains that can build up when individuals feel their professional fulfillment and progress is blocked. Whether you are a company executive, associate or partner in a professional firm, free-lancer or an entrepreneur – I can help you achieve the success you are seeking. I can help you to build your leadership capability and act as an supportive yet challenging sounding-board when it comes to making tough decisions.

Since my early 20’s I have been passionate about supporting women’s careers, and although much progress has been made, many women still face challenges and obstacles in the workplace. So in 2015 I co-founded Career Garden (www.careergarden.co.uk) with ICF member Lisa Westbury, to equip emerging leaders, especially women, with the confidence and leadership skills they need to accelerate to the next level and beyond. Our approach uses a unique blend of coaching, systemic and collaborative and peer-to-peer learning techniques in an experiential setting.

I’m a CTI Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and hold an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London.
