Helen Townshend
I am a Personal and Professional Coach, offering life, executive and team coaching face-to-face or online.
I’m trained through the Co-Active Training institute and the Global Team Coaching Institute. Currently I’m studying for a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring, researching how clients navigate challenges between personal and organisational values. I’ve had a wealth of working experience; as a marketing specialist who operated at board level in blue chip companies through to an entrepreneur running an online fashion business. And I’ve had the joy of being a mother with all the ups and downs of life, as I’ve struggled to balance family, home and work.
Choosing the right coach matters
Why choose an ICF accredited coach
Every coach in our UK Coach Directory holds an ICF credential, demonstrating they have completed coach-specific education, met internationally recognised coaching standards and are committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and ongoing professional development.
With an ICF credentialed coach, you can choose with confidence.
