I had a marketing career before re-training as a coach over a decade ago, working at director level in financial services and the not the profit sector and I bring a realism to coaching that resonates with people who find themselves stuck or unsatisfied. Team coaching is a particular interest, focusing on the things that derail teams from being the best they can be, even when they know all the theory. As well as coaching, I consult in leadership strategy to fit an organisation’s ambition and I run large teams of coaches to deliver major programs.
