My coaching supports people to develop greater self-awareness, make decisions with confidence and find ways of working that feel right for them. I coach both privately and through organisations.

For individuals, this might include career change, returning to work, questions about confidence and self-belief, feeling stuck or uncertain, or navigating a significant life transition. For organisations, I work with managers and leaders who are developing their leadership, stepping into new roles, managing relationships and expectations, or dealing with the challenges that come with leading others.

My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and help you explore what matters to you, without telling you what you should do. We can look at patterns, assumptions and beliefs that might be getting in the way, as well as the strengths and resources you already have.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 25 years working in brand, publishing, entertainment and communications. This gives me a strong understanding of the realities of working life and the pressures and opportunities that come with change and development.

I’m an ICF-accredited coach (ACC), with over 165 hours of coach-specific training through Barefoot Coaching, alongside postgraduate study in coaching.

My approach is warm, curious and non-judgemental. I believe coaching creates the space for people to think clearly, understand themselves better and find their own way forward.
