Harriet Dodd
I am Managing Director of TopHat Discovery. We are a social enterprise providing coaching and coaching led services for sustained social impact. We coach, train and mentor individuals and teams to unlock confidence and courage to act.
I am an experienced executive (PCC) and team coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner). I am based in Scotland and working worldwide. Together with the TopHat Discovery team, I provide 121 coaching, team coaching, facilitation, mediation and change management support.
Before coaching, I led large teams in complex environments and crisis situations in Africa, the Middle East and Asia for several international organisations and, more recently in UK. I was HR director for a global organisation of 5000 staff and 15000 volunteers.
As coaches, we aim to be ready to create space for our clients to think and feel safely. Together we explore purpose and meaning as we consider the big issues shaping our lives.
