Graziela Cajado-Ogland

Graziela Cajado-Ogland (Gra) is an Executive & Leadership Coach who works with C-suite executives and senior leaders to build courageous, human and purposeful leadership.

Prior to coaching, Graziela spent over 15 years in large international organisations — including JP Morgan, American Express and Save the Children UK — including managing a P&L and leading teams. She coaches clients globally across many sectors including financial services, media, private equity, law, technology, consumer goods and energy and others.

Today, Gra partners with senior executives on leadership development and complex transitions, helping them strengthen their leadership and team effectiveness while staying curious, compassionate and corageous.

“I believe the answers my clients need already live in them. My work is to partner with them to access that wisdom — together we look at their values, belief systems, and the pre-programmed tendencies and automatic reaction patterns. We identify what no longer serves them, and work on the changes that will have real impact in their personal and professional lives.”

Gra is a Visiting Coach at London Business School and speaks regularly on courageous leadership and emotional intelligence at events. In 2024 she was awarded Best Executive Coach (Bronze) at the Coach Awards. Gra is very engaged with the coaching community, currently serving her 3rd year as Global Board Director -Professional Coaches – of the International Coaching Federation (Treasurer, 2025), having previously served as a UK Board director (2021–23).

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and PCC-credentialed coach. She is licensed to work with the Leadership Circle Profile®, Hogan, NEO-PI-3 and Positive Intelligence.
