Gill Simpson

The moments that shape us most are often the big transitions: the promotion, becoming a parent, the brave career move. I know because I've lived them too. As an executive and working parent coach, I help others navigate transitions with confidence.

Whether you’re stepping into a bigger leadership role, navigating the demands of working parenthood, or facing another significant life or career transition, coaching can help you find clarity, confidence and a way forward that feels true to you.

For over 15 years I’ve coached CEOs, senior leaders, managers, and working parents to effectively manage their own big transitions, by asking questions that help shift perspective, challenging unhelpful assumptions, and creating the momentum to move forward with purpose.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years in senior leadership roles across Marketing, Corporate Affairs and CSR, including serving on the UK Board at Danone while working flexibly as a working mum. I understand first-hand the realities of balancing ambition, workload, and family life.

Today I specialise in executive coaching and parental transition coaching, supporting people as their careers and lives evolve. Whether you’re returning from parental leave, rethinking your next career chapter, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I offer a thoughtful, challenging, and supportive partnership to help you move forward.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching, and am qualified in Parental Transition Coaching and Group Coaching.
