The best bit about coaching is that I get to help you do your best thinking and take charge of your own life.

I’ve been delivering training and coaching in the education and non-profit sectors for 18 years – ever since I took part in a youth leadership programme that changed my life and showed me the power that investing in self development can make.

I’ve run my own training company since 2014 and got my ICF ACC credential in 2023.

I love working with people who have a sense of purpose or community drive and just need a little bit of help to make their goals happen or get over the bumps along the road. I work in holistic ways, recognising that your work self, personal self and deeper identity are all connected. You bring whatever feels relevant to the space and I will coach you as a whole complex and beautiful person.

As a trainer and coach I am able to bring relevant skills development and training models into the coaching space (if you wish) to help you to flourish.
