I have worked in the faith and not-for-profit sector for many years. My experience encompasses: managing and leading teams of volunteers, developing organisational vision and strategy, working in a high-stress environment, leading and managing change, transforming conflict and reflective practice for learning.
I prefer to work 1-to-1 with people (online or onsite) to support their thinking, reflection and planning for the future.
I offer single sessions of coaching, an agreed number of coaching sessions or coaching over time, according to our agreement. The first session of a longer coaching relationship is free so that we can each discern whether we want to work together further.
