Francesca Cerletti

Her passion is to enable people and small organisations flourish. Drawing on a transformative approach, she accompanies individuals and groups to find clarity, energy and tools to achieve goals and objectives as well as personal and professional fulfilment.
Francesca has been working in business environments and civil society organisations in Italy, the UK and in conflict afflicted countries. In the last 2 years Francesca has been developing a practice as life-coach for individuals, Way More Coaching, and consulting for the Japanese NGO, Japan Agency for Development and Emergency on projects in Peru and Ukraine.

Ms Cerletti started her professional life managing editorial projects in Italy, for publishing houses and foundations: McGraw Hill Italia, Tecniche Nuove, Fondazione Lombardia per l’Ambiente. Since 1997 she worked for The Post Office (UK), Questions of Difference (UK), Peace Direct (UK), Camden Mediation Services (UK), the Centre for Peace Building and Reconstruction (Sri Lanka), the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies (Cambodia), Shalom (Myanmar).

Ms Cerletti has a PhD from Coventry University 2013 which investigates connections between business and peace building. As such Francesca, formally connected two main aspects that characterised her professional life: business management and peace building.
