Career, Change and Wellbeing coach. Background: Project Management, Learning and HR.

Career Coach – London

With a background in client-facing roles and as an HR generalist, relationships have always been important to me. I see coaching as an extension of that. We all know life isn’t simple. My coaching is focused on people navigating work/life balance decisions, making life changes around career, family and location and finding confidence during transition – especially after illness or long-term leave or career breaks.

Career Experience & Highlights: I am an experienced HR and Learning professional with 20 years’ service in the learning and communications industry delivering to internal and external clients; an award-winning senior project manager in digital learning and, from 2010 to 2018, a strategic HR Business Partner. In 2019, I joined Citibank went back to Digital Learning and Leadership Development.

I have always used coaching in my roles in HR and working with clients but, in 2020, was delighted to complete my Diploma with the Academy of Executive Coaching. I have experienced the benefits of coaching in my career and in the careers of those I have been working with. What is particularly fascinating about coaching, for me, is how change can happen through what seems to be a simple conversation that allows time to think and reflect.

I am interested in coaching in times of change and challenge – starting out in a career, those returning to work after childcare leave and illness – as a cancer survivor, that is an area of particular interest.
