Eva has worked within the field of Leadership Development and Change for over 25 years. As a coach she blends her personal experience of senior leadership gained in global organisations with her deep understanding of human change and behaviours.
She is interested in helping leaders to bring their best talent to build strong collaboration in service of solving business and people challenges in creative ways. Her approach is informed by the latest research in Executive development.
Eva has a MA in Humanities and a MSc. in Executive and Team Coaching from HULT Ashridge Executive Education (2019). She is currently studying Coaching and Organisational Supervision. She is trained in neuroscience of change. She is an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach, Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a member of ICF and the Future of Coaching Collaboration.
