Emma Ryan

I support leaders to have resilience so that whilst having impact they live with balance, not burn out.

My clients work in a leadership and/or public facing role, within social and ecological justice. They want to be themselves in their role; all of themselves – woman, mother, activist, negotiator, diplomat, juggler, kindhearted, powerful and sometimes unsure sole.

I offer medium to long term support (6 months +) so that I can walk by your side as you grow, change and implement change and I provide a safe and confidential space for you to experiment, design, plan, act and be seen and heard. I do that with warmth, deep listening, love and gritty challenge. I am Level 2 (of 3) trained, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.

I care deeply about the natural world and am believing more and more strongly we are on the cusp of a shift in how we are collectively and individually seeing our place in the world to turn towards a more connected, loving and beautiful way of living. I am a mother of three daughters (10, 9 and 6) and a partner to Dan. I have worked in facilitation for many years and find myself thriving in a coaching role with change makers as my way of contributing to the change we need in this world.
