Emily Edwards
I work with neurodivergent professionals to thrive at work and in life, using Clean Language coaching to deepen self-understanding, embrace difference, and access their own inner resources.
I’m a proudly neurodivergent coach (AuDHD), supporting neurodivergent professionals, creatives, and leaders to work at their best, more of the time.
I don’t believe neurodivergence is a problem to be solved or something that needs to be fixed. My coaching honours people just as they are – creating the conditions where clarity, capability, and new perspectives can emerge naturally.
Rather than giving advice or strategies, I use Clean Language and metaphor-led coaching to create a coaching space where you can explore what really matters to you, at your own pace. This process helps you access your own insights, build self-trust, and find ways forward that truly fits your inner architecture.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, navigating workplace challenges, or seeking to understand yourself more deeply, I’ll meet you where you are without judgement or pressure to change.
Areas of focus:
– Late-diagnosed or self-identifying neurodivergent adults
– Executive function challenges (time, planning, prioritising, organising)
– The impact of masking and burnout
– Sensory and interoceptive needs in the workplace
– Self-understanding, identity and autonomy
– Coaching for individuals, managers and teams
– Co-coaching for employees and managers
– Clean Language, Clean Space and metaphor for deep, sustainable change
My background
I have 200+ hours of 1:1 coaching experience with neurodivergent professionals. I also have a background in psychology and HR, and I bring both lived experience and professional insight to my work. I offer workplace training, team support and workplace needs assessments — helping organisations create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.
