Elizabeth Rushton

Elizabeth Rushton, Talent Consultant, BA(hons), MCIPD has more than 15 years of corporate experience working in Talent and People Development roles across multiple sectors including Defence, Technology and Public Services. Having gained depth and breadth of experience she now works as a Talent Consultant, enabling organisations to achieve greater success through introducing more relevant, future focused and inclusive approaches to Talent Management and Development.
Passionate about helping organisations achieve success through realising the potential in their people, she facilitates change at organisation, team and individual levels. She is a strategic thinker, a skilled facilitator, an enthusiastic trainer and a results driven coach.
Elizabeth started her Talent and Development consultancy after a successful corporate career in HR. After 4 years in people development roles at EDS, she moved to BAE Systems where she spent 10 years in both HR Generalist, Leadership Development and Talent Management roles. She has led a number of Leadership Development Programmes and has coached many executives at critical times of their careers. She delivers workshops promoting her areas of expertise. As well as being a certified member of the ICF (ACC), Elizabeth is an Insights Discovery Practitioner, a Hogan certified practitioner, a senior action learning coach with the World Institute of Action Learning and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
