I’m genuinely interested in people and enjoy providing a safe non-judgemental place for my clients to discuss, explore and make sense of their topic. I use challenge, creativity and observation; and I hold to account. I’m relaxed, pragmatic and realistic in my life in general, and this flows into my coaching. I am an expert at listening, challenging and supporting during coaching; my 18+ years in industry prior to coaching plus running my own Executive Search & Executive Coaching business for 13 years has exposed me to a wealth of real life scenarios and experiences. As a business owner I can empathise with many of the scenarios presented during coaching. In my personal life I enjoy an outdoor life style, a major part of this being horse riding. I compete at dressage and goal setting, being realistic and having a plan are really important to my success.
