Eilish Jamieson

Eilish Jamieson is an Executive and Leadership Coach and brings a unique blend of industry, coaching and board-level experience to her work with clients.

She has extensive experience of working with senior individuals, and teams, as they prepare for and transition into new roles. She combines a range of coaching skills with a highly empathic and intuitive approach that quickly puts clients at ease, allows challenge and insights, enabling clients to focus on achieving results.

She is passionate about the diversity and inclusivity agenda and now specialises largely on women’s careers and inclusive leadership.

Prior to qualifying as an executive coach, Eilish spent most of her career at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director and was responsible for leading strategic initiatives around change and transformation, culture, governance and diversity. She helped design the firm’s diversity programmes for early female talent and delivered the global audit leadership development programmes. Her career began with KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working within their financial services practice across the UK and Australia.

Eilish has extensive board experience as a member, advisor, and independent evaluator. She is a Non-Executive Director at the British Business Bank and previously held non-executive roles with the Financial Reporting Council, Sport England, and Plan UK. She is an Ambassador for Women on Boards UK, and speaks frequently at UK business schools on a range of topics including diversity in financial services.

Eilish is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, has a postgraduate degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of London (BPS), and has trained in the use of neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming in coaching.
