Eileen Duncan
My coaching life started n 2004, commencing a Postgraduate Diploma, awarded in 2010. I have been an active member of ICF in Australia, including ICF Australasia President 2016. Good to be back home Scotland, after nearly 30 years overseas.
I am a ICF PCC (2016), EMCC Senior Practitioner, EMCC Team Coach Practitioner and ESIA (EMCC accredited) Coach Supervisor. I have lived experience of executive and leadership roles and as well as coaching clients on their leadership journey to a have an effective impact on growth and sustainable outcomes. With honed leadership and executive transformational coaching skills, I am a consummate senior professional who brings about cutting edge focussed coaching.
Having worked and coached in other countries and environments (including Kazakhstan, Zambia, Australia, and online in APAC), I have a unique breadth of experience across diverse cultures and industries and perhaps my biggest strength is changing perspectives, and challenging blind spots. I am committed to bring fairness, equity, and justice to each encounter.
