Edwin is an International Coaching Federation (ICF PCC) credentialed coach, consultant and trainer. He runs his own independent coaching and consulting practice working internationally across cultures as an Executive and Team Coach.

Previous career experience includes building on his original profession as an engineer (a Chartered Engineer with the IET). With thirty years leadership experience including 22 years in 3M Company, a complex Fortune 100 conglomerate with a reputation for innovation. Gaining a reputation for developing leaders and delivering results, Edwin worked in diverse sectors and roles ranging from manufacturing leadership, technical leadership to business roles.

Before setting up his own business, Edwin worked in a global corporate combined leadership development and transformation program. This included training and coaching leaders up to Vice President level on significant personal and organisation transformation. As part of this he has trained more than 700 international leaders in Transformation, Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Leadership and Coaching. It was during this period that Edwin completed his MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change and subsequently went on to coach leaders and teams of more than 60 nationalities across the world.

Edwin works with individuals and organisations, and across a range of sectors. Common areas of focus include leadership development, promotion and role transition, business vision and strategy, stakeholder engagement, career planning and career change, building high performing teams, well-being whilst leading significant change programs, professional and personal development and thriving in complex international matrix organisations.

Currently based in the London, England and working internationally with organisations, leaders and teams seeking to move forward with purpose and clarity whilst growing their personal resilience.
