Coaching since 1998 and training and mentoring coaches since 2001. I am an assessor with the ICF at MCC and PCC levels and partner with coaches to make their credentialing process more enjoyable and successful.

As a coach, I combine a very strong background in personal development and communication skills with strategic thinking. Many clients use me as a sounding board outside their organisation or situation to gain new insights and ways forward. My book ‘The Self Factor’, with foreword by Sir John Whitmore, is a popular resource for coaches. As well as running my own trainings, I work with Coach U and with The Academy of Executive Coaching.

Among the work I most enjoy is:
• Coaching individuals, leaders and groups to go beyond assumptions, to connect with themselves more deeply, and to live, work, and lead more authentically.
• Training, mentoring and supervising coaches.
• Supporting coaches, individually and in groups, with their credentialing at MCC, PCC and ACC levels with the ICF.
• Designing coaching models and training materials.
• Providing customised coach training programmes for organisations and groups.
• Collaborating with other senior coaches on training and other coaching programmes.
