I bring a wide range of professional experience to my coaching and have already coached individuals from a variety of settings. I am particularly interested in working with Managers and Leaders in the NHS and Social Care. As a certified Coach, a qualified Social Worker and with more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Leader in Social Care and the NHS,I am well equipped to empower these Leaders to thrive in these challenging times. I am excited about sharing my unique blend of skills and experience to support my clients to optimise their performance , release their potential and achieve their goals.
