I'm an organisational coach – I coach leaders, teams and multiple-team systems to stimulate learning, agility, and progression. My specialism is coaching Extra-Dependent Teams and communities of practice. I've been doing this for over 20 years.
I’m a PCC level coach, qualified in Coaching, Systemic Team Coaching and Coaching Supervision. I design and run coaching and team coaching programmes.
I team coach both Inter-Dependent and Extra-Dependent Teams – teams of different roles and similar, respectively. I’m the author of “Extra-Dependent Teams” published through Routledge, which provides new explanations to old problems to provide new answers to teaming in organisations.
