I am qualified as an Executive Coach and Systemic Team Coach, and I am an International Coaching Federation, Professional Certified Coach, ICF PCC.
I work as an Executive Coach, both with my private clients and previously as an internal coach with Robert Walters, coaching their global leadership team.
My purpose in coaching is to work with individuals and teams to unlock their inherent potential.

Prior to coaching I have:
• Thirty years’ experience in strategy development, business planning and project and programme management.
• Experience of working in all three sectors within supply chain management, contract management and service delivery.
• Former Deputy CEO of large national charity.
• Fifteen years’ experience as a trustee on 3 charity boards.
