Darcy Roehling
I help leaders, teams, and purpose-driven professionals turn climate goals into real-world growth and career opportunities.
I have spent the better part of my career helping companies build sustainability strategies, engage employees on ESG, led DEI and climate workshops, and designed programs that help people launch careers with impact.
I coach future leaders at one of Europe’s top business schools and partner with mid-career professionals worldwide—helping both make bold pivots into high-impact careers in sustainability, with over 1,000+ hours of coaching experience.
In addition to being ICF ACC certified, I am a certified climate career coach, certified Designing Your Life coach, DISC facilitator, I am remarkable (a Google initiative) facilitator, as well as a certified cross cultural facilitator and coach.
Choosing the right coach matters
Why choose an ICF accredited coach
Every coach in our UK Coach Directory holds an ICF credential, demonstrating they have completed coach-specific education, met internationally recognised coaching standards and are committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and ongoing professional development.
With an ICF credentialed coach, you can choose with confidence.
