I am a chartered engineer and a chartered manager with over 30 years’ experience gained in manufacturing, general operations, engineering contracting and a public / private partnership. My knowledge and capabilities include technical problem-solving, organisational development, performance improvement and change management.
As a chartered engineer and a chartered manager, I combine an analytical curiosity with wide experience of leading and managing people.

I work in partnership with clients to help them utilise their own experience and self-awareness to develop their thinking in relation to specific issues and opportunities. I provide a supportive, encouraging environment with appropriate levels of challenge to facilitate learning, achievement of selected goals and personal growth towards full potential.

I specialise in working with managers because I believe that managers have a critical role to play in organisations and society. Great managers, inspire, equip and enable people to grow and perform at the highest level possible, which brings fulfilment to the individuals and success to the organisation; their actions resonate throughout and beyond the workplace.
