She co-founded two ICF chapters and has worked internally & externally across sectors globally with Fortune 100s in talent development, coaching, diversity, Senior Leadership Development, L&D/OD. She designed her own #CoachME Coaching Model & resources which have been translated into over 30 languages. Her instructional design, training delivery, mentor coaching & coach supervision skills have enabled her to gain ICF approved, accredited & CCE programmes (leader-as-coach, mentor coaching & supervision training, coach education and facilitation training) face-to-face & on-line globally.
Clare founded BMC & CoachME in 2011 trail blazing in the Middle East specifically providing bespoke solutions for systemic impact. She is Level A & B with the British Psychological Society, ICF Master Certified Coach, Advanced Certification in Team Coaching & Mentor Coach, plus EMCC Master Practitioner & Accredited Coach Supervisor, plus ICF ME Prism Award 2020 Nominating Coach for winners Qatar Financial Centre
