Claire Pittard

Working with teams and individuals, particularly women, who are navigating changes at work and beyond. Supporting you to find a clear direction and achieve your goals with confidence and clarity.

With more than 20+ years working as an HR and People specialist supporting teams and individuals I remain fascinated by our individuality and inherent potential to achieve amazing things.

One of my favourite lines is from Alice in Wonderland: “One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. ‘Which road do I take?’ she asked. ‘Where do you want to go?’ was his response. ‘I don’t know,’ Alice answered. ‘Then,’ said the cat, ‘it doesn’t matter.” If we knew where we wanted to go then getting there could be considerably easier, coaching is all about exploring ideas in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Another fact worth knowing about me is that I have a long held belief that life is too short to be unhappy at work, I have come across way too many souls in my career that are not happy in their work and for many, real or perceived reasons, are doing nothing about it. We spend so many hours at work, – or thinking about work, preparing for work or talking about work – to not believe in what we are doing, and indeed (mostly!) enjoying it.
