Chris Leach

My background before becoming an Executive & Leadership Coach has been almost 30 years in finance, predominantly in raising alternative assets institutionally. After completing undergraduate studies at universities in Germany and London, I worked for a decade in the City, before completing a Master’s in Finance (MIF) at London Business School. I then spent a further 18 years in the Private Equity and Venture Capital worlds, at a top-ranking global bank and subsequently in Partnership.

Executive coaching is really a culmination of what I have enjoyed most in my business career so far. I am by nature curious, open minded, entrepreneurial, proactive & results-driven My coaching philosophy is quite simple and I hope reflects these ethos. I enjoy helping clients to unlock fresh thinking, to find new purpose where necessary, in order to enhance their performance and most importantly to achieve higher goals. I am an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation and also an active member of the Association for Coaching and the Henley Business School Executive Coaching community.

Over the years, I have chaired and sat on the board of several fabulous charities, with a predominant focus on underprivileged youth. Extending the theme of caring for future generations, I am also an increasing advocate of sustainability, having invested time & capital in a variety of global sustainability opportunities all of which adhere to the targets enshrined the 17 Unesco SDGs.

On a more personal note, I am happily married with two wonderful daughters. Aside from coaching and spending time with the family, my main passions are supporting our local community, most things sport-related, enjoying contemporary music and entertaining family & friends with good food & wine.

I look forward to meeting you.
