I am an international trainer, facilitator, consultant and accredited professional coach (PCC). I coach with heart and consequence to help you achieve your goals. My ‘why’ is inspiring you to live your inner truth and bring that into all areas of your work, and non-work, life.

I have trained as a coach with various different coaching organisations across multiple methodologies and constantly challenge myself to continually develop my coaching skills. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be able to consistently work with an amazing group of individual and organisational clients and am always learn something about myself from my experiences and the people I partner with.

I am also the owner of Caboo Learning (www.caboo.com) and co-founder of 20 Rock (www.20-rock.com) which specialises in promoting leadership and team development that transcends the workplace. For over 18 years I have delivered projects for individuals, SMEs and blue-chip corporations, working with 10,000+ participants as a trainer/facilitator across the globe (Europe, North & South America, Middle East, Asia).
