Charlie Warshawski

I am an ICF accredited coach, Mentor Coach and coaching supervisor, focussing on supporting coaches to earn coaching qualifications, and grow both their coaching practice and their coaching business.

My coaching dates back to 2001, when I worked in schools supporting students with their barriers to learning. I took my first formal coaching qualification in 2007 and received my ICF accreditation in 2014. Since then, my main objective has been to support coaches develop both skills and qualifications.

The focus of my coaching practice is threefold:

Coach mentoring, to help coaches pass their ACC or PCC accreditation. I provide the 10 hours of coach mentoring, and also help with the complexities of the application process. In 2026 I received the Mentor Coaching Specialisation accreditation, as I have been mentoring coaches since 2018.

Teaching coaching skills. I run an approved ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) centre, and run regular courses for both new and experienced coaches. As at 2026 we have taught over 100 programmes, mostly in the education, public, and voluntary sectors.

Supervision. I’m a qualified Oxford Brooks coaching supervisor and offer one-to-one and group supervision. I also teach an ILM Level 7 coaching supervision programme. Supervision has become an important part of my work and it is a joy working with coaches when they engage in supervision.

Coaching leaders. I specialise in the education sector, coaching school leaders. They face challenging circumstances, are under a great deal of pressure, and benefit hugely from engaging in coaching. Being in the education sector allows me to ask the most helpful questions, most of the time!

All of my work is client centred, with a strong belief in the power of the individual to raise their own awareness and to create sustainable change, in their career, their lives, their beliefs about themselves. This means that my coaching is non-directive – there is never any advice given, or any leading questions to draw you to “my” answers.

Outside of direct coaching or coach mentoring, I support coaches to establish and maintain their business. I offer a free, comprehensive programme – a one stop shop to establish a sustainable coaching business.

Choosing the right coach matters

Why choose an ICF accredited coach

Every coach in our UK Coach Directory holds an ICF credential, demonstrating they have completed coach-specific education, met internationally recognised coaching standards and are committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and ongoing professional development.

With an ICF credentialed coach, you can choose with confidence.
