Catharine Hill
Known as Kate Waterfall Hill. I am a Leadership coach, author, podcast host and creator of "Linda, the bad manager", my social media alter ego.
My “Linda” character has enabled me to use humour to educate as well as entertain, on the subject of poor leadership – and this in turn prompts some self-reflection and more conversations within organisations about how leadership skills might be improved. I focus on encouraging others to lead with curiosity, care and clarity.
Choosing the right coach matters
Why choose an ICF accredited coach
Every coach in our UK Coach Directory holds an ICF credential, demonstrating they have completed coach-specific education, met internationally recognised coaching standards and are committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and ongoing professional development.
With an ICF credentialed coach, you can choose with confidence.
