She began her career as a High School Physics Teacher and after discovering
her passion for Coaching she became qualified as a Coach.She introduced. Coaching into the curriculum and designed and ran a successful Coaching Programme for the staff and students. Her innovative work in Education led to her training 1000s of teachers in her educational coaching approach, speaking at both national and international conferences and collaborating on national initiatives. Since leaving Education she has coached leaders from a wide range of sectors including construction and engineering,manufacturing, IT, private security services, PR, financial sector, public and third sectors as well as international sportspeople and entrepreneurs. She is the author of several e-books on presenting and confidence and is a co-author of “Public Speaking Tips of the Pros” and “The Coaching Gurus”.She has a hunger for learning and a firm belief in the benefits of continuing personal and professional development and over the years has acquired qualifications and certifications as PrinciplesYou Facilitator, Lego Serious Play Facilitator, an NLP Trainer, Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Results Coaching, Master Hypnosis, Advanced Neurological Re-patterning, DISC Profiling for Leadership, Persuasive Language, Voice Dialogue Faciltator and Advanced Diplomas (Distinction Level) in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Leadership Coaching.
Cath’s passion is helping women to tap into their natural feminine talents to be extraordinary leaders. Having suffered from the health problems prolonged high stress levels cause, as a result of spending over 25 years of being “a man in a frock”, she now promotes and coaches a way of leading that is congruent and authentic for women enabling them to avoid “burn out” and lead with ease
and grace through The Coaching Adventure and The Group Coaching Excursion programmes.
She is passionate about the difference coaching makes and runs a highly successful ICF Accredited Coach Development and Mentoring Programme as well as La Dolce Vita for Coaches training in Italy for those coaches who want to develop coachin g mastery.
