Her executive coaching experience is backed by 10 years of hands-on leadership experience in one of the most disruptive, entrepreneurial brands in the world – Richard Branson’s, Virgin Group. She was responseible for launching and setting up Virgins first operation on the African continent which Richard Branson himself hailed as one of the most successful launches in Virgin’s history.

his is supported by over 15 years of executive and team coaching, leadership education and culture change experience gained in the UK, USA, Africa, India and Australasia.
