Caroline Kisielewicz
I spent 20 years in clinical veterinary practice, before retraining as a transformative coach. I now help professionals with overwhelm, self-doubt, burnout, and change to reconnect with themselves and create sustainable balance.
I have dedicated 20 years to clinical veterinary practice, half of which I spent working as a specialist in small animal internal medicine across a range of roles and settings in the UK.
I have since retrained as a transformative coach and certified burnout coach and I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
I support professionals navigating the pressures of demanding careers alongside the realities of life beyond work. Having lived the challenges of a high-responsibility profession from the inside, I bring deep empathy, credibility, and genuine understanding to my coaching.
I recognise the extraordinary commitment and responsibility that many people bring to their work, and believe this should not come at the cost of wellbeing, identity or sense of self.
I offer a thoughtful, compassionate space for those who sense that something needs to change, even if they are not yet sure what that is, supporting clients to untangle experiences such as compassion fatigue, burnout, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism, while rebuilding trust in their own judgement, values, and priorities, and moving towards a more sustainable and aligned way of working and living.

With an ICF credentialed coach, you can choose with confidence.
