Carmel Silverosa
I help leaders unlock their potential and expand their capabilities, so they can achieve transformative change in the way think, act and connect with others.
As the Founder and Director of Develop People, I work with a team of experienced consultants to deliver tailored development solutions to a wide range of organisations. We specialise in Executive Coaching, Maternity Coaching, Leadership Training and Workplace Mediation. I am immensely proud the majority of Develop People’s business comes from established relationships and referrals, which I believe is a result of focusing on client needs and delivering to a consistently high standard.
Choosing the right coach matters
Why choose an ICF accredited coach
Every coach in our UK Coach Directory holds an ICF credential, demonstrating they have completed coach-specific education, met internationally recognised coaching standards and are committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and ongoing professional development.
With an ICF credentialed coach, you can choose with confidence.
