I am an executive development consultant and ICF-accredited coach with over 20 years of experience across professional services and financial services environments in the UK, Europe and the US.

My work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, leadership development, and organisational capability building. I partner with leaders and organisations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, particularly at moments of transition — when individuals step into broader leadership roles, face increased complexity, or navigate important career inflection points.

Alongside individual coaching, I design and deliver leadership and talent development initiatives for global, matrixed organisations. My approach combines coaching, facilitation, and systems thinking to help leaders strengthen judgment, broaden perspective, and lead effectively in fast-changing environments.
