Azadeh Khatiri
I am an ICF ACC accredited coach with approaching 1,000 hours of experience, working one-to-one with professionals in executive, workplace and neurodiversity coaching.
I have worked with hundreds of clients from a wide range of sectors and seniority levels. My approach is grounded in Clean Language, a highly personalised methodology that produces insights and change rooted in the client’s own system rather than prescribed techniques or external frameworks. My clients have included senior managers in NHS and financial services organisations and other hight-pressure corporate and public sector work environments. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, supporting clients with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and related profiles to identify their strengths and develop strategies that enable them to thrive professionally.
Before coaching, I built careers in science — holding a PhD in Semiconductor Nanotechnology and a first class BSc in Chemistry, both from London universities — and in science media production and broadcast journalism at the BBC, BMJ and Nature. This background gives me a particular facility for working with highly analytical, high-achieving professionals navigating complex environments.
I offer coaching via video conference and in person, and work with both individual and organisational clients.
