I am a UK Chartered and HK-registered organizational psychologist and a coach. I have over 20 years of working experience across various specialisations. I work with individuals, teams and organizations.
In my coaching, I combine psychology, business understanding and the individual’s needs to craft a pragmatic process. I have helped individuals, teams and organizations in industries such as finance, media, manufacturing, insurance and pharmaceutical in areas of leading and managing conflict resolution, strategic thinking, influencing, team dynamics, well-being, career development, and communications.
