Anne Schiettecatte
I work with leaders facing change go from feeling overwhelmed to leading a thriving team who drive business growth. An early career as an engineer means I have an affinity working within the manufacturing and tech sectors.
Anne is a highly experienced performance consultant and coach, working with individuals and teams, enabling them to overcome significant personal and business challenges. She is passionate about helping others achieve new levels of performance through shifting perspectives and discovering possibilities.
Her coaching approach is to provide a trusting space, where individuals can clarify their goals, explore raised awareness of self, be stretched in their thinking, and ultimately progress in a way that feels right for them and their environment.
Anne’s unique perspective gained through an early career as an engineer in the energy sector, transitioning to global learning and organisational development leadership roles brings flexibility in how best to support her clients.
