Anna Morgan
I am an Independent Consultant, Coach and Rapid Transformation Therapist working with private and corporate clients across many sectors.
I am an established senior leader with over 35 years’ experience in the NHS and Social Care, specialising in leadership, quality improvement, culture reviews/investigations and workforce transformation. I am an experienced coach using integrated trauma informed approaches into my practice. In my Director roles, I have had broad leadership responsibility and experience of a variety of different, complex clinical services across all sectors. I am a Council member on the East of England Clinical Senate Council and have taken part in several reviews as part of the panel advising on mergers, closures and significant changes to services. In my leadership roles I have been the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian, and a Hearing Officer on a number of disciplinary panels.
