As a coach, coach mentor and facilitator I stimulate positive change – in action, ways of being and results which leads to cultures where everyone thrives. My wish is to leave the world breathing more freely; a metaphor which is about people and their impact on others and the environment .
I draw on extensive experience of over 25 years in global international businesses in 1:1 coaching, team coaching and experiential development programmes. I thrive on enabling individuals and teams to feel more fulfilled and have more fun. Experienced in working internationally with leaders from emerging talent to C suite, I am proud of the positive ripples and positive shifts in mindset, behaviour and impact I have witnessed. I believe we have huge capacity when we get out of our own way and let go of unhelpful patterns and assumptions.

Clients tell me that my warm, incisive, positively challenging approach enables them and their teams to open up and find the courage to have the real, robust conversations which get to the results they want. Together, we cut through to the core issues. I love dancing in the moment with clients, bringing flexibility and imagination to focus on what’s needed right now. I stimulate the capacity to slow down, listen and explore as well as energy to get to the “so what”. My sweet spot is supporting clients in transition to let go of patterns that no longer serve them.

My practice draws on qualifications in Gestalt, somatic and systemic constellations as well as neuroscience, cognitive behavioural and positive psychology. As a coach mentor I bring both rigour and connection with emotional and felt experience to support your growth as a skilled coach or team coach.
