I coach executives, leaders and future leaders who are ambitious to develop and succeed – to reach their full potential and feel proud of their achievements. I adopt a holistic approach as I believe there is a positive correlation between enjoying a thriving career and living a healthy, happy and purposeful life.
Having worked for over 25 year in the business world as a Chartered Surveyor, I have natural empathy with women in similar male oriented industries. I have a particular passion for coaching emerging female talent, to inspire and enable them to transform into powerful, authentic leaders and role models.
My personal background has likewise also influenced me as a Coach. As my father’s main carer, I would love to use my coaching abilities and help both paid and unpaid carers – to build resilience and overcome hurdles and appreciate their worth.
