Alison Jane Edge

Whether you are a leader in need of a thinking partner during times of change, a team struggling to fulfil your potential and unsure why, a new leader-manager wanting to build confidence, I work with you to get to the heart of the matter, create new insights, develop new ways of being and doing, and move you forward. I am experienced in facilitating effective communities of practice, creating thinking environments and group coaching managers and leaders with shared goals.

With over 25 years’ experience of working in and with the non-profit and public sectors, I understand many of the challenges faced by leadership and teams at various levels. Having managed multi-donor capacity building programmes, I am appreciative of resource constraints and complex, ever-changing environments. From being an NPO leader, board member, and consultant coach, I have experienced first-hand the commitment and passion that drives leaders despite these constraints.

As a credentialled ICF professional, my L&D leadership skills are enhanced with over 13 years of leadership, team and group coaching experience. I bring a high level of proficiency and ethical rigour to my work, providing you with a safe, transformational space.

A life-long learner, I hold a Master degree in Education, the City & Guilds Further and Adult Education Teaching Certificate, am certified in Prosci Change Management, Systemic Team Coaching (licenced to use the TC360 profiling tool), and Organisational Development Coaching.
