Experienced coach and psychotherapist, with a wide range of coaching and psychological training, working with individuals, teams, groups and organisations who wish to remove the roadblocks to reaching their full potential.
My specialism is helping my clients explore what lives in their unconscious realm – their true motivation and passion, lens through which they view the world, assumptions, beliefs and values. This helps people to feel enabled to make different decisions in relation to self and others, and to create a behaviour change with lasting impact.
I also works extensively with groups, facilitating greater understanding, communication, cohesion and, ultimately, performance.
