Alec Pearson

I am an Executive Coach and ICF Mentor Coach (PCC), a Chartered Manager (CMgr FCMI) and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, with over 30 years of commercial experience and more than 15 years dedicated to leadership and talent development.

I work with leaders, senior teams and business owners navigating complexity, pressure and growth, supporting them to sharpen judgement, build confidence and create the alignment needed for sustainable performance.

My coaching is frequently commissioned by founders, MDs and senior leadership teams facing the real-world challenges that sit alongside governance, strategy and long-term sustainability.

My practice focuses on three core areas:

Strengthening judgement, presence and confidence, particularly under pressure and increased accountability.

2. Team alignment and performance
Helping leadership teams build trust, clarity and alignment so strategic intent translates into collective action.

Working with founders and senior executives to turn ambition into clear strategy, sound decision-making and sustainable execution.

Alongside my coaching practice, I work as a Board Advisor and Non-Executive Director, which informs my understanding of governance, strategic decision-making and senior-level pressure. I also provide ICF Mentor Coaching for ACC and PCC credential candidates.

I offer bespoke 1-to-1 coaching, team development and organisational programmes, including three CPD-accredited signature programmes delivering up to 25 CPD hours:

– Teams Alignment and Performance Programme

– The Business Growth Programme

I work with clients across the UK and internationally, using evidence-based tools such as CliftonStrengths, Belbin and the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) where they add insight.

At the heart of my work is a simple aim: to create the space leaders and teams need to think clearly, act deliberately, and lead with impact that lasts.
