Before coaching, Adina spent twenty years in the corporate world. She knows from the inside what it feels like to lead under pressure, and to question whether you are showing up as the leader you truly want to be. That lived experience is what drew her to coaching and has never left her practice. Her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology grounds everything in evidence for what genuinely helps people flourish, not just cope. And because the leaders and coaches she works with never stop growing, neither does she – continuously investing in her own development to stay at the edges of what great coaching can offer.
