Hi, I'm Karen, an ACC accredited Senior Leadership Coach and Chartered MCIPD HR Consultant.

I don’t believe that anyone is the finished article and even Senior Leaders need support from time to time with confidence, clarity and accountability. It may be help putting structure behind their thought processes, supporting them with difficult decisions, helping them develop their team or guiding them along their personal and professional journeys. I walk with them every step, as I understand change is hard, but not impossible. And having invested in Coaching myself I understand the amazing and life changing benefits it can bring.
